It’s been a busy few months since returning home after nearly four months of travel in Bolivia, Argentina and Chile. Travelling overland through Patagonia or the highlands of Bolivia, much of the time on foot and going up into the mountains or to wild uninhabited stretches of coastline for several days at a time was a breathtakingly beautiful experience. Glaciars, lagoons, jagged black pinnacles, immense rock faces, stunning wildlife, colourful traditional costume and extremes of weather from deep snow to baking deserts all found their way into the sketchbooks.
